How do I get started with AoiGo?

Download AoiGo from the App Store, sign in with your Apple or Google account, and follow the on-screen instructions to begin exploring travel features, translation, and trip planning.

How does the Live Interpreter feature work?

AoiGo uses advanced AI to capture your speech, transcribe it, and translate it into your chosen language in real time. The translated text is then spoken aloud, enabling smooth two-way conversations. An active internet connection is required.

How is my privacy protected?

Your privacy is a top priority. We only access your location and microphone when you are actively using features that require them. We do not store your location history or audio recordings. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

How do I use the AI Trip Planner?

Simply speak or type your travel ideas into the main chat. For example, type or say to your soft keyboard: "Plan a family trip to Tokyo" or "Find romantic activities in Paris." The AI will generate a personalized itinerary for you.

Why is the Boston Transit feature location-based?

The "Transit" tab with MBTA real-time data only appears when you are in the Boston area. This ensures the most accurate and relevant information for local commuters. General transit info is available for other cities via the main AI assistant.

Do I need an internet connection to use AoiGo?

Yes, most features—including AI chat, translation, and real-time data—require an active internet connection to communicate with our servers and third-party APIs.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open the App Store, tap your profile, go to "Subscriptions," and select AoiGo to manage or cancel your plan.

What should I do if I encounter a bug or issue?

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID to request a refund for your AoiGo subscription.
